I noticed the SWA app asks a bullet question, "Have you EVER had any moving violations, ie. speeding tickets etc." Yes/No.
Well I did have a speeding ticket more than 10 years ago which of course has long since been removed from my state record. I mean are you guys declaring 10+ year old tickets? What records will SWA check in background because if it is the same record the state provides you at the DMV then it would appear I have a flawless driving record. To be honest I wouldn't even know what date or even specific year to list because it has been so long and I couldn't find it on my record anymore.
I know SWA would never deny someone employment for one single violation like a speeding ticket that occured more than a decade ago but should I even declare it if my own state shows it has been removed from my records?
What are you guys doing, and please no flames for "not being honest" because I certainly am ok with checking "Yes" but if it hurts me for no reason...
