What is the max speed you can be at 2500 ft and 7 miles from Myrtle Beach Airport(KMYR) in a jet a/c?

Is it no faster than 200 knots out to 10 miles and what altitude?

FAR 91.117

(b) Unless otherwise authorized or required by ATC, no person may operate an aircraft at or below 2,500 feet above the surface within 4 nautical miles of the primary airport of a Class C or Class D airspace area at an indicated airspeed of more than 200 knots (230 mph.). This paragraph (b) does not apply to any operations within a Class B airspace area. Such operations shall comply with paragraph (a) of this section.

all sounds right.

250 ias below 10k except around C or D below 2,500' and 4 NM, it is 200 ias.

And just to get it out of the way early in the thread, Class B itself has no speed limit designated.

Is the 200 KIAS below class B the reason that controllers are starting to tell pilots when they are leaving class B during vectors?
