Speaking of wives....

Does anyone know of a message board or support group or anything like that for pilot's wives. Mine is awesome for the most part, but every once in a while I wish she could vent to someone who's in the same position. Just little things like why things always break when I'm on a trip and not when I'm home, etc. Thanks for any info and Happy New Years!!

Yahoo! Groups has one. I don't dare read it... full of "he is never home" and "he cheated on me with the FA stores." I have seen on the IE that my wife reads it but I don't bring it up since she doesn't use it as ammo against me.

First a pilot has to contend with TSA, FBI, FAA, NTSB, BAC,PAX's, Wx and a host of other things at work.... when it is time to go home ya gotta deal with the wife and a message board on yahoo that flames behavior of pilots?

I work 4 on with 3 off on average and I know we have plenty of time together. Does stuff break on the road? Sure, washer took a header when I was on the road but you deal with it and move on.
