Nice sansabelt's Bake.

Never heard of this program. I take it that they offer it to selected applicants that don't meet the mins yet?

Turbo

Yeah I'm with Turbo, I looked around on the SWA website and couldn't find anything directly related to it. How do we obtain information about this program?

For what its worth, I have recently seen some info on a Pilot Mentor program. However, this information was given to us at a SWAPA meeting. Its a program that provides a new-hire with a point-of-contact to answer questions regarding pilot issues, ie...how to bid, trip trade, open time...

If there is another type of Mentor program, I know nothing of it. Never heard of it, but it certainly may exist.

Mentor they do have is for kids fifth grade range of age.

That's Adopt-A-Pilot. A few years ago a PHX Check Airman was putting together an internal mentor program. It was for current employees who were working on their ratings, and experience. I guess the point was they would have to leave to get the 1000 turbine pic, and then still have a contact with the company. I don't know if anything ever came of it.
