2004 2003
Number of Employees at period-end 30,657 32,563 (5.9)%
Size of fleet at period-end 415 385 7.8 %

30 more aircraft but roughly 1900 fewer employees since last year. Sounds like GK's plan to cut overhead is working out.
 
Hopefully wall street will catch on.

Jim Parker should get some credit, after all he started the ball rolling.
 
The stock is still WAY over priced. It just got so ahead of itself in the 90s. Too bad for todays buyers. 11 MMM Market Capitalization is still HUGE. Heck, I own a TON at over 20. Don't expect to see it again for years.
