Once upon a time, I thought I heard Southwest looking for ground instructors to sign a two or three year contract. If any one can help speak now for ever hold your piece! An yes i already called employment L.L. no return phone call.
 
I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure they've hired most if not all the instructors they need for this latest hiring binge. The last few capt upgrade classes have had new instructors in them. But...I'd still pester HR if you're interested.
