Who gives a crap what his name is.

This stupid "skywest will continue to take over the world" quote is dead in the water.

CAL's scope is 50 seaters, AA's is a limited number of 70 seaters and SWA already has a regional....our cars.

All correct just add in the last line:

Skywest pilots can go to h e l l

Maybe the CRJ 900 is doing a tour. I think that might be the one that just got done with the air show over in France.

Just got out of recurrent. Atkins was in there saying that they are in talks with a carrier based in Texas that wants to ad some 900's, starting Jan 1.

Jerry visit recurrent? Ha! You know this is BS just from saying he stopped in. He's too busy playing with his millions in St. George.

On the CAL issue the company already asked for Scope relief and we said not only NO but HELL NO, then the company announced that they will be putting wingets on some of our 300 and 500's coincidence?

Even if we would give up Scope in our next contract(which we won't) a TA is about 2.5-3 years away so I doubt that they are negotating with us.

Once more, his last name is Atkin. There is no "s" at the end....

I really must be getting old. I'm no JA lover or hater but for god's sake why can't people (who work here at least!!) get the name right?!?!?!?!?!?

Oh yeah, "you're" vs "your" and "there" vs "their" drive me nuts too. It's NOT just a spelling mistake, it is not knowing 6th grade English!!!

:uzi:

WHEW....

Thanks guys. I needed that.

Nice.

Once the fuel contracts run out at Southwest, the pilots will fold on the scope issue like Phil Helmuth with a 2/7 offsuit.

Not really true. The following article lays out the percentage of fuel that is hedged for the coming years.

http://www.247wallst.com/2007/04/southwest_airli.html

Less is hedged each successive year, but those hedges can be increased each year. The contracts don't really run out.
