I hear ya... the only thing that makes Corona drinkable is a lime, and I don't see Southwest stocking fresh fruit in their galley. They had Bud Select for a while, and that was actually pretty decent as your megabrews go.

and the only reason they put the lime in there is to key the flies out

Nothing says summer like a cold Corona Extra with a lime!

The lime is usually included to cover the possibility of a "skunky" taste from damage caused by not using dark bottles to protect the beer from deterioration.

They'd have been much better off offering Negra Modelo, a much better Mexican beer from Modelo, S.A.(same company), or better yet an IPA from Lagunitas (USA).

The lowest common denominator always seems to rule airline offerings.

Shiner Bock. Texas based beer for a Texas based airline.

Shiner Bock is caramel colored, hollow flavored horse piss. I'd rather drink a Coors Light - and THAT'S saying something!

Give me a microbrew from just about anyplace in Montana, Washington or Oregon!

Gup
