What makes you think as a CHQ guy your any better than anyone over at Freedom? Last time I looked neither was a great place to work, but then again what regional is these days?

Didn't comair have an MCO base before chautauqua? Didn't comair have better pay rates then chautauqua?

The reason for those higher wages was a result of being owned by Delta. Look at Comair's pay rates now that they have to compete....

Where'd my post go? Stupid moderators. Was the MCO Comair base a CRJ base? I thought it was just a Brasilia base, and since Comair retired the Brasilia, Delta put Chautauqua rj's there. I could be wrong.

We got out base back in MCO in June. Small base, aprox 30 a seat. Very senior. I think it is funny that the CHQ guys are ***** about Freedom taking "their" flying. First of all I did not agree to the last round of concessions or the prev. LOA. Management successfully used scare tactics and other Union busting techniques against our pilot group under the protection of the “bankruptcy umbrella.” What was your excuse when you negotiated your pay? You are the one that needs to do your research, who’s pay rates do you think they used to come up our “blended pay rate.” Truth hurts doesn’t it? I’m not trying to start a pissing contest, truth is truth.
