And from what I've read on here, their ALPA decided to let 60-100 of them get furloughed instead of adjusting block hours, offering volunteer furloughs or fight for part time pilot status.
Way to go ALPO!
We did try to work with the company. They abused the lower min guarantee program and we learned for the umteenth time not to trust them yet again. The company dangled some COLA here and there and the slots filled every time. If the company (REAM for the insiders) wants to help mitigate furloughs, they can run the COLAs again, or offer up a decent voluntary furlough program and they'll not want for participation.
