But what the hell is UAL doin in bed with this company?

Rode on em the other day, and well from the crew to the a/c it was a scuz operation all around.

Gross!

I passed on the soda after I looked at the F/A's filthy hands touching the ice!

This has to be one of the dumbest post I have read in a long time. Just like the the post before, sorry you got rejected from such a "scuz" operation.

Actually, this is the 3rd airline I have flown for now, and I must say, it has been a class act all around, with a great bunch of guys. Sorry you had a bad experience, c'mon and try us out again sometime.

My dad happens to fly from STL to CMH several times a week. He LOVES CHQ. Nothing but great things to say about everything from aircraft cleanliness to crew friendliness.

Pay no attention to him, his ovaries hurt!

I have j/s on them 4 times now, and 3 of 4 the f/a was chewin gum in the face of the pax as they were boarding, also the inside of the 135/145 whatever they call that thing was a pigpen,

GROSS!

Hang around any airline long enough and you'll see this everywhere. You oughta see how 95% of the FA's break up the chunks of ice.

Call it flame if you wish? But the story is true.

I was regretfully in the Go Jet actual:

Temp -3C

climbing off ORD

ICE caution EICAS comes on,

FO and CAPT look up at overhead not sure what to do,

they see the ice light test pushbutton illuminated,

FO pushes it,

not desired result,

then CAPT says, "I think we need to turn on the cowls?"

they do so, and I step up and tell them they also need the wings.

EFFIN SCARY!!!!!

Nope, not putting my family on blow jets, and neither should you!

I was on an ASA jumpseat and the FO was one of these FFDO's, and he was truly scary! One of these ex-military types that was just dying to kill someone, he was practically foaming at the mouth.

Do yall think you are gonna actually open that door and start shooting?

What's with you freaks who always want to carry a gun?

You realized that being a pilot really isnt that cool, you need to carry a gun to impress the chicks? I can just hear em at the bar.

You are the same guys who listen to Art Bell at 2 in the AM and actually take him seriously and think the world is ending tomorrow.

Ok gun fool, I challenge you to give me some scenerio in which your gun would be beneficial, I bet I can punch huge holes in it!

FIRE AWAY (yeah it's a friggin pun)

Dave B,

I am a SkyWester and I do commute from MSY,

Embraerjetpilot and Intruder One,

please clarify?

Airbill,

Yeah, I do commute from MSY, I am not from here originally though, I have been here just a year, you see I met a girl from New Orleans and..............

get it?

You do realize how big of a loser you are, right?

Ok, no more freebies for Skywest guys out of MSY since our planes aren't good enough.

BTW, How'd you meet your girl, did you see her floating past your trailer?

Boy I wish I could fly a shinny airplane for low pay.

Hey pal, why don't you look at the 1st year fo pay rates @ other airlines w/ 70 seaters, pretty much the same. Furthermore, have you looked at the 1st year rates at the legacy carriers such as CAL and UAL on the bigger equipment... 30 p/hour. You need to do a little research before making such an ignorant post.

Nice work Corbon. I'd say GOO has been outed as a whiney newby, and the worst kind of ingrate: the kind the bitches about the free ride.

I do know what the pay is at the legacy carriers are. I have been there done that. I sure do hope you made more flying the 208 then you do flying the jungle jet. I believe that the 70 seat flying needs to stay at mainline. If you want to stay at the regional your whole career then thats is fine. However, I beleive most of the regional pilots want to fly for mainline or LCC for better pay and benefits. I could be wrong. Do you?
