The Debtors will not honor any pre-petition equity award agreements entered into with various former or current employees, officers or directors. These agreements, which generally are under water in any event, include employee stock option award agreements, employee restricted stock agreements and employee stock appreciation rights agreements.
In other words, GFYS Ron Allen! Good riddence. Paying this guy $500,000/yr for "consultation services" was an embarresment. Let him go work for the competition. See if he can screw them up as badly! Don't think this has an effect on Leo Mullin. I think his was a one time lump?? Anyone?? General??
