Congrats. The day you solo and the day you earn your private are the best days of your aviation career or life. However, the more you train and the more ratings you get, you begin to loose that thrill. My point is, enjoy this moment forever because you probably wont experience any like that ever again.

I just soloed a student last weekend, and it's always so fulfilling for the instructor-side of me, to see the excitement and accomplishment a student feels when they solo for the first time!

No doubt. I know the tail number of the plane I first soled in, but the one I got my private in is known only to my logbook.

I dont think i've ever felt so much anticipation, fear, confidence, and pride at one time before. It was a charlie foxtrot of emotion.
