It was a joke....I didnt sell my password...a friend of mine used to work with me at a SoCal company flying a MU2..He went to work at GJet and I told him about the bad rap the GJetters get on this website.

He used my password to get on and obviously started to defend them.

I would like to see companies like Pinnacle take our industry back because I don't want to fly freight the rest of my life and I can't survive on a twenty dollar an hour first officer's wage.

Just a comment on the whole controversy, don't want to start any fights but just looking at the situation:

It's too bad the TSA pilots did not vote "yes", instead of "no" and thereby turning down the "one seniority list" for the two airlines when they had the chance..That would have ended the Teamsters versus ALPA, mud slinging, name calling controversy over this whole situation. I think at the time Gojet only had about 30 pilots and TSA had about 500-600 pilots.

Quite a bit more complicated than that. A snapshot of the situation is not a good representation of what happened before the offer of integration, and to also know at what cost the TSA guys would have to give up at integration.

And this is from a guy that has no dog in the fight.

Secure the flying, then work on the pay issue. Thank Dario !!! Should have voted yes

Why did you even bother talking to him?

I didn't know he was a GoJetter until he told me he also flew the CRJ, and I asked where, and he stammered GoJet, so I remember this burning question on the internet, what union does GoJets have, and I HAD to ask him!

That is exactly how it happened, and I have witnesses, and pictures.

Anyone blaming "Dario" for the GoJet vote/issue needs to re-examine the facts.

I was part of the Union at the time the vote came down. I can give anyone the facts if they want to hear them...

Fact 1) The LOA that was presented to the TSA pilots had many holes in it.. big enough to drive a semi through! Anyone at TSA at the time remembers just how the company was abiding by the current CBA at the time.. it was a joke.

The LOA would have extended out initial contract for 4 years.. that was on top of the 2 year extension (to secure United Express flying, which is why we were give the opportunity to fly larger RJ's in the first place!) thereby making the original CBA at 10 year contract. Unacceptable.

The LOA also had payscales for 90 seat aircraft. A show stopper even if they had been industry leading.. and they were not.

The LOA allowed for the possibility of furloughs from the TSA pilot seniority list while protecting the initial GoJet pilots. Show stopper.

Fact 2) Never at any of the road shows did Dario or anyone else from the union leadership say that a no vote would bring the company back to the table. I personally felt and voiced my opinion that the company WOULD come back and talk to us. I was wrong. But again, the union did say that there were no guarantees that if voted down, the company would come back to the negotiating table.

Anyone who knows me knows my opinion on this issue. If you want to blame anyone, start with the management team of Trans States Airline. They were the ones who started this mess. Then look next at the initial and early hires at GoJet. Those are pilots that stepped on the back of every union brother and sister professional pilot out there.. not just at TSA, but industry whole.
And last we have ourselves to blame for not stepping up and acting as a national union. Anytime a non union airline is formed to circumvent the CBA of a union carrier, we are all in danger. And we must all take action.

I voted NO, I would do it again. I will never forget those pilots and still have a list.
