Lol... this is funny...

I was always just curious about this... everytime I fly on a small jet or regional airline, it always seems to be two young male pilots, and like 2 or 3 young attractive female flight attendants...

I just wonder what happens on their stayover trips? lol

you think they are loyal to their wifes/girlfriends ?

God I hope so... Otherwise what's the point?

Here's some clues

Most "small" jets do not have "two or three" flight attentants. Most have 1, many have none, and a very few have two (70 seats or more)

A lot of times the flight attendants are male, with a decided 'lilt' in their gait.

There are many pilots of regional jets who are NOT so young.

There are pilots of regional jets and turbo prop aircraft that are female.

I think you make some assumptions here that are not typical. Most of these crews finish their day dog tired, are faithful to their spouses, and even if they had the 'urge' to stray, they're too tired to do much beyond getting to the hotel, and try to get a few hours shut-eye before an early wake up call.

Sorry if that reality bursts your bubble:)

Most of the young and hot F/A's are furloughed.

I'm sort of new to the airline lifestyle, but mixing business and pleasure is usually dangerous, even if you're single.

I DO however know of a few fellow pilots who use the Internet singles services to find chicks in towns where they will be overnighting. These are the SINGLE guys mind you;). They are having great success, even on the one-nighters. Seems to be something to the old guy-and-a-uniform thing. The chicks know the deal, they're wanting the same thing the guys are.

Like Jar said though, how they have the energy is another question. Some of the nights are too short already.

If we told you about how wild the over nights were, you wouldn't believe us. We're talking about stuff that would make porno stars and the girls in the donkey show blush. When you get to an airline you will find out for yourself.

lol... I am not drawing any hard conclusions by this post, was just simpily asking, I know there are a lot of commerical airline pilots in here and was just wondering if this statement was true..

I have just heard of way long ago, FA's used to have to meet requirements to be hired, such as being young, pretty, single, etc.

And that would lead me to believe it was that way so that the pilots had some **FRIENDLY** company on overnight stays.. lol

But what do I know.. I'm still a youngster!

Enter the famous joke...

If only...pilots were paid as much as their relatives think they earn, get as much time off as their neighbors think they have, and get as much lovin' as their wives think they get...:D

I've never been an airline pilot and don't wanna be one, but all I know is that if I WAS, I'd never quit flying an RJ. Always seems the bigger the iron, the bigger the broads (and older). It's just how the seniority works.

Yep.

Parking lot attendants.

<beavis> heheheheheheh, he said "hard conclusions." Hehehehe.

Darn, timebuilder, I was going to do that parking lot attendant joke! Glad I scrolled down before I posted it!

Squale, just to set you straight on this:

When I was a 16 year old, boarding an Eastern Airlines Convair, you could count on almost each and every "stewardess" being 24, single, and HOT.

Those days are over, young fella. Sorry to break the news. :D

Well, my father married a flight attendant, and they've been faithful to each other for thirty-five years.

I've been married for six years and have not slept with anyone but my wife in that time.

Maybe I'm just in a foul humor after reading the latest baloney from 100LL...am I the only guy who finds squale's post mildly offensive and childish?

(It probably is just me...)
