Wyvern approves individuals trips and pilots, not the company as a whole. Meaning, a company could easily have certain crews that are Wyvern recommended, and others that aren't.
ARG/US gives ratings (Platinum, Gold, etc) based on the overall company. If you have enough high time people it balances out the low timers, for the most part.
