Ask yourself this question,..."who would benefit from having the most time for the delayed arbitration decision?"
 
It is a big decision and lots of work to come up with a solution, write it up and publish it. The Arbitrators will drag their feet for six months if they are permitted to do so. I imagine they get paid by the hour.

If you took your car to the BMW dealer for repair and said, "take as long as you like and bill whatever your time is worth ....."

How much work can it be to just award Delta's list, make fun of NWA's old airplanes, tell NWA's team that they did a bad job and grant Delta pilots much deserved retirement slots that they wouldn't have had before?

Seems like a no brainer to General, FJ, and Spanky.

You left out restoration of the Pension Plan.
