If anyone could help me out with a few questions I have that would be great. (Thinking about making a transition)

What are the chances of a newhire getting the 120?

What is the current upgrade time on the 120?

Seat Locks? I.E. if you start in the jet can when could you go to 120 CA?

What is the upgrade time on the CRJ?

How is the QOL on the 120, JR and SR bases?

Anything else you want to throw in would be great as well.

Okay...

If anyone could help me out with a few questions I have that would be great. (Thinking about making a transition)

What are the chances of a newhire getting the 120?

Very likely. Didn't hire for a while and most previous newhires are off their one-year seat lock and can move to the RJ, meaning most newhires will be needed in the Brasilia.

What is the current upgrade time on the 120?

Around 1.5-2 years. Most junior guy just awarded upgrade was hired 12/9/04.

Seat Locks? I.E. if you start in the jet can when could you go to 120 CA?

Yes, seat locks generally are for one year, but no restriction on A/C. If you downgrade (PIC to SIC. Yes, it happens) seat lock is two years. If you turn down a previously requested domicile transfer you are domicile-locked for six months.

What is the upgrade time on the CRJ?

Varies. Went down to less than 2 years when we opened, and then expanded ORD. Currently running around 3-3.5 years.

How is the QOL on the 120, JR and SR bases?

Totally dependant on point of view. Nothing is more subjective to a pilot than QOL.

Anything else you want to throw in would be great as well.

All in all, a pretty good regional to spend a little time at...
