Skywest Resume Question

I completed the online resume for skywest last week, have been told that to get an interview without going to a career fair you need to have a current employee also walk-in or email a resume in for you. Just curious if there is any turth to this or will the online resume take care of it? I have a friend that is a captain for skywest but need to know if its really something that needs to be done. The only career fair in the near future will not work for me so hoping to get a response without having to attend. Any info would be great, thanks.

If he walks it in you should get called realy fast.. if not you may wait awhile.

Yep, at the moment, if someone hands your resume to the people doing the interviews, you should get called really fast.
