How long would it take to hold a line as a Bro FO or Capt in San Diego? Is this pretty much impossible?

To be a captain in San Diego, I think you pretty much have to wait for someone to retire. Seems like most of them are in for the long haul and aren't going anywhere.

Jr. ca just under 4 years...on reserve for a looooooooooong time.

SAN for FO's is pretty senior, and there are a lot of people who want to be there......you may be able to get it after maybe a year, then a line who knows how long after.......captain, well, as stated before, someone has to kick the bucket before numbers for them move in SAN
