Hey, wondering if anyone could chime in about what their first year 19/hr amounts to as a yearly salary. Also second year on the RJ and the Bro would be helpful. Thanks

First year Bro FO: just under 24k.
Second year Bro, then RJ FO: just over 45k.

I did pick up some extra flying so your results may vary...

Those numbers are from my last paycheck of each year so it includes per diem and bonus (performance rewards begins after first year, profit sharing after year two).

No profit sharing until year two! hahahaha. I guess the new guys don't help the company profits until they hit year two.

Yes... it stinks but at least we still get it. Do you have it at your company?

Wow,
My first year '00, Jan to Dec= 14650.00, EMB
My second year '01 Jan to Dec=24220.00, CRJ
I only fly my assigned line, the above includes training pay and taxable per-diem. As a 5th year F/O, my highest pay year was 46k. 2nd year F/O making 45k, I will suggest that this might include the propaganda number the company mails out to make the employees grateful, this includes SS, medical benifits, and anything that costs the company a penny. Whatever, you wanna know how much you will make? Multiply the time in training(2 months aprox), by 19.02.
120 hrs x 19.02= 2284.00, and the remaining available year at 90 hrs a month, 900 x 19.02=17118.00, per-deim @ 300 TAFB per month x 10 months=4950.00
17118.00 Flight hours
2284.00 Training pay
4950.00 Per-diem

24352.00 Total, This number reflects holding a line, no reserve, and a 90 hour credit line every month after leaving training. I did not get anything close to this having to sit reserve for 6 months of my first year. I only have about 500 EMB-120 hours logged and a first year gross of 14650.00. Your figures will vary due to differences in domiciles.
Good luck, your gonna need it!

Depending on the companies profits you get somewhere around 5-10 % of you yearly earnings in the fashion of a check. Last year i think it was 5-6%. SInce i was on first year pay last year mine was only a couple hundred bucks but for the senior guys making 70k at 5% your looking at 3500 for the check so. Dont quote me on the % because i am not 100% sure but i am sure someone will correct me if i am wrong. Pretty much just show up to work and if the company makes money so do you.
