Skywest open/group interview??

Hello, I'm looking for some info. on what the open/group interviews are like at Skywest? ( written test?, face-face interview with HR/pilot?, etc. )

I went to a group interview in '04. You show up and hand them your resume. They give a presentation and have a couple captains and HR people answer questions. Meanwhile, they're sifting through the resume's getting an idea who they want to interview. Everyone takes the ATP written and mechanical aptitude test. They figure out who they want to interview that day and who they may interview at a later date. If they want to interview you that day you wait to be called in. It was a one on one with a captain asking the tech and HR questions. If things go well they schedule you for the sim and CRM thing in SLC at a future date. Once at SLC you do the sim and CRM. They notify you by mail about 5-7 days later. If they don't have upcomming classes filled they MIGHT let you know the same day you finish the interview. The group interview is pretty much the same as the regular interview.
