I don't think the SKYW pilots are old enough to require the MANPADS that you say ALPA helped develop.

LAME:

When attempting humor, please at least realize MANPADS are offensive, and that ALPA is not developing them [though I get the part of the Man-pads, cutesy play on words it was]. I'd rather be an old or young SkyWest guy than a dork like yourself--we can change companies or quit, yours is innate.

It was my recollection that the pilot responsible for the "wife's letter" admitted it was a fabrication that was representative of a typical wife's concerns. If that is not the case, I withdraw the assertion. Do you?
I admitted no such thing. My wife wrote that letter. Those are her own words and her concerns. She still has the draft on her computer. She watched the last 7 years as our QOL suffered and medical insurance double. I was gone more days and with less pay. She was concern about me being gone so much with a new baby.

This is proof that what ever is said by someone, someone else is going to spin it the way they want to see it. Your anti-union view said that is letter was a hoax. David Cain the SAPA spin master was anti UPA. Where is he now? He is no longer at Skypest. Why is that?
