SkyWest: Medical allowed to degrade?

For the record, I understand how a medical works folks. I wanted to know if SkyWest required me to keep up a first class to be an FO.

Yeah I checked the regs. My statement was correct. If your flying as a first officer your 1st class medical/privileges only last 12 cal months. After that it becomes a first class medical with 3rd class privileges. I don't know of any FO that gets a first class and can go 24 cal months without getting a a 1st or 2nd medical. Remember if your operating as an ATP then it becomes 6 months.
