when you go to transition training do they pay you the 60 hr month rate at 19.00 or do you get your full reserve salary at 2nd year pay?(in the RJ if you are transitioning into that?)
 
You get a training guarantee of 70 hours at your current rate. You should break guarantee if you are there for a full month though. I had over 90 hours last time through.
