Just curious, what strange questions. Are you looking to apply to SKYW and if so are the insurance specifics a deal-buster?

Personally I feel there are larger QOL issues than insurance (they all suck) when researching a prospective employer.

Someone currently there may reply if you provide a context.
 
Ahhh-there is the context I was looking for. SKYW should have just finished the annual benefit signup for 2009 so someone should have some fresh info.

Most employees there don't consider UHC in very high regard but there are more expensive options.
