Of course we do. We have benefits for you, your family, and parents on United and Delta. The start dates are all different. Do a search and you will find the answers in other threads.

Do you get the bennies based on your base or which codeshare you fly for? When I was at ACA, both sides of the house briefly got all bennies, but then the UEX guys got UAL and the DCI guys got DAL.

Most SkyWest pilots flow between both codeshare partners, so all receive benefits on both. Customer service, ramp, ect. only receive benefits from the side they work. For example, SLC customer service only get Delta benefits, but SLC MX get both united and delta because MX is performed on both aircraft in SLC.

Do any newhires travel home on the weekends... and is the jumpseat available.

I did a couple times.....as long as you have your id you can jumpseat. just make sure you get back at the end of the weekend.....otherwise you're gonna be doing a carpet dance of immense proportions........travel bennies on skywest start 2 weeks after you start......i'd recommend being very carefull if you go home on the weekends.....or just drive if you live close enough..

When I was in class in 2002, few went home. I was one of the only non SLC people that did go home. The first weekend I had to buy a ticket on SOuthwest as we didn't have our ID. Once you have ID, jumpseat is available.

I think that all that talk about jumpseating home was pre-CASS. If you're thinking about jumpseating off line, you may not be CASS approved.

Just be carefull out there.

Actually, my class (OO 4/06) was offered positive space to travel home on weekends during groundschool & positive space home if there was a delay in between GS/FTD/Sim/IOE. Say what you want about SkyWest, but.....
