Was this just announced? Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease let the drop their mins for internal applicants to 800tt!!!!!!!!!!! :)

These are part of ASA's original order of 22 airplanes. SkyWest inc. anounced it was still keeping the ASA's order but didnt say wether the airplanes would go to ASA or SkyWest airlines. It is obvious these planes are going to "the lowest cost carrier", or maybe they are going to be based SLC and SkyWest inc. has no need for and ASA base in SLC? I think the latter actually makes more sense, I wouldnt be surprised if SkyWest inc. closes the SLC ASA domicile and transfers all those 70's to SkyWest airlines.

5 down 17 more to go.....

this seems to be the prevalent rumour around SLC these days. JA was in a jumpseat and when asked said 'well, it doesn't make sense for us to have two of everything in SLC unless we are experiencing a lot of growth.'

take it for what it's worth..........

last I heard-no newhire classes for the first quarter of 2006
