Any skywest guys care to speculate about the future of the EMB flying?

If you were to get on at skywest and upgrade quicky into the bro, would you be looking at a reduction in flying and a lot of time on reserve in a year or 2 from now?

It seems like a lot of EMB 1st years bail over to the jet at the 1st opportunity, do may come back and upgrade?

An EMB FO who wants to upgrade there would not go to the jet at all most likely...upgrade time is 1+ years, so no need to confuse yourself with RJ knowledge.

There have always been various rumors about the future of the brasilia such as replacing them with 200's (or Q400s), but they are probably not going anywhere in the mid-term...turboprops are very fuel-efficient.
I don't think there is any talk of just eliminating them.
