Okay for all you ASA people who are reading this, there is more things to be concren than having a "S2" or "S3" on DL....personally, I would worry about keeping your jobs right now and change the attitudes on some of you pilots and F/As because if this is how you act now, you won't be around if SkyWest buys ASA......I personally hope we buy the planes and re-hire some of the crews.....I sometimes feel like I am dealing with HS students half the time talking to you guys.....

If you can't change planes be ready to board and pushed with in 35-40 min turn on a 70 seater then, maybe you should not be flying.....

Fins, correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't single carrier only apply if all the airlines involved are represented by the same union? I mean, I don't think ALPA can apply for single carrier status if ASA is ALPA and SKW is non union, or even if SKW is another union. I'll check it out, but I am pretty sure I'm right.

I am proud of the company, we have a smart CEO who will never let this airline die, If I were ASA, I would give up ALPO, I mean ALPA and the no good flight attendants union, we don't need a union at SkyWest. I came from another airline that was union.....now I am at SkyWest which isn't a bad thing......just proof the union does not do carp for anyone.....

ASA people, I hope you are all ready for a change in life style.....

Ahhh, fishing they do provide. Maybe if they did catfish, or mullet for us then we could be a better group of harmonious people living a life of religious fulfillment.

The emb 170 ISN"T a bigger plane. just more expensive, and has more problems.

I hate that uniform too. it looks like our FA's are Mesa Flight Engineers.

Skywest Pay Brackets

Curious what FO and Cpt pay is like say: year 3-5 for Skywest in the RJ. I think they used to post their payscales but a recent look at their website came up empty. Got an invitation for an interview in Salt Lake.

I would not suggest a personal attack on me, that isn't cool! I never once dissed on any of you or made an attack on you! So dont go there, I am only speaking what I hear from people in the station.

Not sure about that. With the 1st class the -700 is down to 66 seats. The 170 remains at 70.
