Apparently operational costs are 5% more than the -700. Delta reimburses direct operating costs, so Delta must have approved this transaction and will probably get at least the 5% out of the premium yield passengers they hope to attract.Mmmmmm Burritos said:Sure they have them on order. They can order some 777's if they want to. Doesn't mean they can use them anywhere. They're just being hopeful they can use them IF Delta relaxes their scope. Right now they can only use them with 70 seats in them.

Of course Delta could make more money at the same cost selling 20 more seats (about 25% more revenue) which would help the Delta pilots offset some of their pay crunch, but the Delta pilots don't seem to understand that Delta earning more revenue is good for the pilots too.
Either way the 900 is coming. I don't care how many seats it has in it.

The more planes that come our way the better. More planes = more upgrades = movement = more money = Better QOL. Im through caring about what happens at mainline. They certainly don't care about us.

This is a phfukin' war, why would they give a shnit about us? Either way though, our pay agreement leaves us looking like a bunch of chumps, 50-99 seats or CL-65 (which didn't pass) means we get the same pay for the 900/705 no matter how many seats they put in it. If you thought other pilots were pissed at us for the 70 for 50 pay crap, wait til it's 76-90 seats.

Cant we fly them for someone else or do we still fall under that "cant have anything greater than 70 seats for any carrier if we fly for Delta" rule?
General, lay off the attacks. Your acting like a little 2 year old throwing a temper tantrum. We got it, nothing greater than 70 seater's for Sky/ASA and RJ's are pure evil. Got it, now just quit with the digs, it's getting old.:smash:
