They are spending a lot on the ASA merger and hiring. Their balance sheet is taking a hit, but I think it is a good strategic move. That would explain the credit downgrade and the devaluation. Merging union carriers is expensive, but I think it is worth it in the long run.
 
Dunno why this is, but it's pretty typical to see the stock fall before the quarterly results, and then it climbs right back up again a few weeks later.
 
I was suprised based on the trend. Last Qtr, Inc. lost money.... This Qtr they are breaking even... I'd wager they'll eek out a small profit for 3rd Qtr. The downgrade didn't help either, but Inc. is positioning themselves for the future. Everyone else is either playing catchup or in survival mode.
