Like SkyNation said above, much better than expected. It was a nice surprise when I logged into the bank account this morning. Kinda like Christmas. There's nothing like having bills paid up a day ahead of payday.

Thanks to all at SkyWest (and our compadres at ASA) for the hard work...

Are you comparing Apples to Apples? The 2 programs are not the same and to your company's credit, they were able to hit their performance goals. The other Company did not meet those goals for various reasons--but no excuses. However, though your bonus may be higher, it does not necessarily mean that there is a disproportinate net profit difference. Net margin comparisons, if they were available, would be a better measuring stick. Spend it well, the economy needs your bonus!

Well SkyWest airlines net margin was 4.22%.... Thats what a portion of our bonuses are based on... It is pretty easy for a SkyWest employee to figure out. Take your bonus gross amount, subtract $350 (performance reward portion) and divide the remaining amount by your quarter to date earning reported on the last paycheck of the 2nd quarter.... (or wait until its posted on SkyWestonline)
