...NJA gets their fuel at Signature because they are owned by the same company.

We are not affiliated with Signature. We get our fuel there because we are on contract fuel like the airlines.

Signature MIA charged me $190 last Monday, because they could. They are the only FBO. That seems to be their specialty... The worst thing was that they were out of Key Lime Pie...

On the other hand, Signature in MEM is awesome. They are competing with Wilson Air Center, which kicks a$$, so they really try. I guess the free market really does work...

I will second that. Extremely friendly staff as well. Signature LAS also goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

Doh!

Great...I get to have the pleasure of flying into BOS and using Signature on Wednesday. I've never been there before, but I'm certainly not looking forward to it after hearing what others have to say. Oh well...I'm not the one footing the bill.
