I did a search and read alittle bit, just currious if anyone has any up to date info on them? Training contracts? Fleet? Upgrades? Looks like pay isnt very good but im curious about the rest? Thanks

18 month training contract. a few metroliners, lear35, falcon20, hawker for pax. pretty sure all pilots have to live in el paso. think upgrade is based on performance.

Don't consider

Bottom of the Barrel

Does not get much worse than El Paso.
Tough working conditions.

el paso isn't that bad, been here for over 1.5 years now. nice weather, cheap property, plus your living in the best state in the u.s.

El Paso

Somebody must be serving the Kool-Aid down there. Re evaluate, there are a lot of good jobs out there.

Been there, done that....have the T-shirt. There are MANY other places far better than SW. Those guys saying that it isn't that bad must have had REALLY bad jobs before this one.
