I'd shoot for a generic CE-500 type, this will allow you to fly a bunch of different types such as: Citation I, II, SII, Bravo, Ultra, Encore, Encore +

Plus, this is a great "starter" jet for those with less experience.
I've been accepted into the SCM program at SimuFlite Dallas and will have the three day intro course this week. Next week I will do the Citation Bravo initial ground school. I chose the CE500 series due to the very reason as CHL mentioned, lots of different types.

I applied in July so it takes some time to get in. Last I heard they have 80+ guys on the list, around 60 when I applied. Guess that is the sign of the times. If you have someone on the inside they should be able to work you up the list a little quicker.

Good luck, it will be a great way to meet the right people.

Sounds like a pretty good opportunity, good luck to you if you choose to do it, and let us know how it goes, I have a friend I am going to tell about this.
