I'm going to be testing out my ability to camp in a tent after traveling in a motorhome the past several years. My dog and I plan to attend a fly-in that spans two nights mid May. To avoid embarrassment I setup my tent in my kitchen to make sure I know how to set it up and sure enough needed the crutch of YouTube "university" to figure it out. A little NEMO Dagger I think is the name, a two person tent which I'll have a cot for both myself and dog to add to the comforts. Still need to figure out the eating part and cooking for any meals not offered by the fly-in event. A trip to Cabela's will be in order and of course enjoyed.

One thing I love about RVing (the motorhome type) is the ability to go places and explore. It's been an amazing adventure since getting into it in 2017. I'm looking forward to taking my Carbon Cub into new areas not always accessible by even motorhomes to enjoy even more remote destinations with camping, fishing, and kayaking (I have an alpacka raft).

New adventures ahead for me and the four legged copilot. Share your airplane camping stories.
