Share a room during Pinnacle training

My class starts on July 11th and I'm looking for one to two others who are starting on the 11th also to share an apartment with. If you are interested let me know. I'm looking at the following apartment complex:

6111 At Ridgeway Crossing, 6111 Ridgeway Boulevard, Memphis, TN 38115

It's just down the road from the airport and they have a short term lease. You can get an overview of it at:

The price is as follows:

Rent: $909/month
Utilities: $80/month (estimated)
Deposit: $99 total

Split three ways it works out to:

Rent: $303/month/person
Utilities: $27/month/person
Deposit: $33

The total cost is as follows:

One month: $363/month
Two months: $726

I spoke with the complex and they said that they have had pilots stay there during training, so I'm not the first one to go there.

Just out of curiosity.....how come your going to Pinnacle after flying a DA50?
