That is an awful idea...I think you mean "eliminating REFINED (or simple) carbohydrates"

Complex carbs are especially good for you, if they are unrefined and whole grains or vegetables (like spinach, celery, peppers or other non-starchy veggies).
 
Running 5-6 miles a few hours afterward makes that Five Guys burger taste that much better...
