SFO-HNL jumpseat

I hope to hitch a ride on UAL next week (offline carrier). Does UAL require you to be uniform to jumpseat or is business casual ok?

How's the jumpseat/commute in general between SFO-HNL??? thx I see that Hawaiian, Delta, and American fly this route too, UAL having the highest frequency. Just wondering if I even have a chance this time a year as an offline jumpseater.
