Sennheiser headset question

I have a Sennheiser HMEC-25KA...no inline volume control...that I'd like to convert to a -25KAS with the inline volume controls. Has anyone done this before? Where did you have it done? Thanks!

What kind of work have you had done? I have the HMEC 45 KA. I like them with the exception that there is no padding on either arch. Sound quality is excellent, though comfort could be better for such a high end headset.

They came out with the ANR powered by the mic tip right after I bought my Senns. I wonder if you can purchase a conversion, anyone know?

I've got the same headset. I just shipped it back to the factory in CT for the upgrade. They quoted me $70.
