Hey guys, pretty simple question, but curious if any of you have input...

Just got called for an interview at a regional and was given a big group of dates throughout April to choose from. Of course, choosing a later date will give me more time to prepare and choosing an earlier date will put me higher up in senority. Is there anything else I should consider?

Is it generally better to go for earlier or later dates? Do any dates provide a better chance of getting hired over others?

Thanks much all, sorry if this is a stupid question... I have no experience with these things.

id go the soonest date that i could fit in my schedule and feel prepared. In the end, you wont ever feel prepared enough...so just pick one 6 days out and study up..... my $.02

Anything can change in a day. My company stopped interviewing in the midst of scheduled interviews. So every interview date that you pass up may be the last.

An earlier date doesn't always give you higher seniority.

Thanks for all the replies guys. Got it scheduled on the earliest day I could. Now I just have to work on stopping freaking out. :-)

Go get the gouge and study.

If they didn't want to hire you, they wouldn't be interviewing you.

Best of luck!
