Do you still have mulitple problems?
I have read all the posts in the past, but most are well over a year old.
Do they pump the pilots full of promises and then do nothing?

Thanks in advance

Segrave

I lived not far from kinston for a year. Just moved. I'll put it this way. I know the DO and he offered me an interview. I was CFIing at the time. After talking to one of their pilots I didn't even interview. It is that bad. On the upside I was told they are adding 30+ planes so there might be some potential for growth. I think the previous threads still hold true though. Hope this helps!

Big Question

If this outfit has not changed its ways, then how are they going to crew 30 plus additional aircraft???It makes no sense at all.No pilot on this thread has practically anything good to say about them. The impression I get is that they are a BOTTOMFEEDER!!!!!

What do you mean it makes no sense at all? How do Mesa, PSA, Great Lakes, etc. etc. get pilots?

30 more aircraft? Doubt it.

Does Jody still work there?

Call someone out there and ask if you don't believe me. It's not like I am trying to mislead anyone. That came from the DO at Segrave.

Oh well then it must be true (sarcasm)

Wow, Seagrave has popped back up? I was in recurrent class at Simuflite DFW last summer when their first group (15 pilots or so if I remember right) was going through the Hawker 1000 program. I talked with a couple of the old-timer instructors and they said the pay was awful for the airplane.

Since I have a 1000 type I called and spoke with the DO for a while. Pay was baaaaad, First Flight out of new york was paying $25-30k more to starting FO's on the 1000 and $25-30k more for CA's, and they only have 3 vs Seagrave's what, 15?

I don't know anything other that pay so I can't make a judgement, but I have never heard anything positive.
