I think the CFI PTS is the first link. There is a list of revisions in the first few pages. Basically, slow flight has returned to being MCA, power-on stalls are now allowable in the climb configuration, and some language has been changed to be more precise without its original interpretation being changed (e.g., references to specific regs).
