Well, I am the 7th LR-60 pilot for two aircraft. I was hired there at the end of November. I have no pay, bennies or QOL issues I can complain about. It has been a wonderful experience and a great group of guys to fly with and work around at the hangar. Things are going in the right direction and seeds are being planted with expansion, new aircraft and future hiring...but this is aviation.

I knew some of the Sears pilots when Sears shared a hangar with Wrigley. It seemed like a good organization.

Other way around. Sears holdings (currently looking to hire a LR60 Capt), is the remaining entity after the merger of Sears and KMart.
