PM spooky1 he is friends with the brother in law of the owner of seaborne, he gave me some good info a week ago
 
he said at least 1500 hrs Comm AMES twin otter time is a plus, you fly around 80 hrs. per month 4 on 3 off, J/S priv on most major carriers. They are 121 operator and if need more check out their website seaborneairlines.com thats all i can remeber hope it helps
