Never seen anything specific to 121 but from AIM 8-1-2.d, minimum is 24 hours for altitudes over 8000' or any dive requiring a dcomp. stop.
 
Company policy. Ours is 24 hours for any dives.
 
You should have a company policy, FWIW. My company's mirrors the FAR guidelines of 12hrs/24hrs. I think PADI recommends that too.

Responsible divers know their limitations. 25'-30' down on Molasses reef, and you probably could fly that day. Go hit the Speigel Grove at 90-140 feet and you're out of commision for a while. Though there aren't published studies on it, Nitrox helps a lot. You absorb much less nitrogen on Nitrox.
