Do I have it right that first year pay is about 27k for a Capt?

If you only made base guarentee then it would be 30,232. There is also a mid year bonus of 2k and an end of year bonus of $8 x # of hours flown for the year. Most likely you'd fly over guarentee in the spring through fall and make guarentee in the winter months.

What are the schedules like? i.e days off, hrs of flying per day, vacation?
