I have seen this debated time and again. The debate as to whether or not there is fairness when discriminating against scabs both hard and soft. I was curious as to whether or not pilots of other airlines have had a problem with scabs. Are there many Eastern scabs at your airline? How about former United or Contintental Scabs? And if you guys do have scabs are any of them in management or are they checkairman or do they have any affect on hiring whatsoever? What tactics do the pilots at your airline employ if any to neutralize the negative effects of those scabs? I didn't think I would care but I have been at some smaller airlines with a significant number of scabs and although initially I didn't have any personal ill will toward them, I have always kept my eyes on them and have been careful what I have said around them. Well now that I can look back over the past few years in dealing with scabs I can tell you for sure that they DO EXHIBIT SPECIFIC BEHAVIORAL TRAITS. They are generally back stabbing, they try to get in personally with the owner of the airline or members of management, they have no regards whatsoever about seniority, and everything you say they repeat back to management. But they do it all with a smile. They inintially seem so nice. And if I have another Eastern scab try to explain to me why he got screwed over and ended up on the list I think I am going to scream. What a bunch of selfish f%ckers! I have no sympathy or regard for thoses blood sucking leaches. So I kindly ask to those pilots of the following airlines:
Jet Blue
Air Tran
Frontier
America West (somewhat familiar)
FedEX
UPS
What type of scab problems if any do you have and how far up the chain of command (management) have they been able to infiltrate?
Thanks
