So your saying their is no chance you can be called if your on the Non Competitive list. In 6 months you need to send a updated resume and LOR and fill out a new App or just send as A update. Once again I'm confused as to who is competitive and who is'not. Why would they not go down the line + with a LOR. Thanks again for your reply. I just really want to know if you still can be called from that Non Competitive list at some point down the road.
